Welcome to Havering e-petitions,
E-petitioning is a great new way for you to put your views across to the Council. Using the Internet you are now more able to share your petitions with friends, neighbours and colleagues across the borough and in much less time than traditional paper petitions.
Petitioning has been at the heart of British democracy for centuries and I think it is a fantastic way for people to express their strength of feeling on the issues and topics of interest to them.
Thanks for visiting and we look forward to receiving your e-petitions.
Best wishes,
Councillor Michael White
Taking part in or creating a petition is one way individuals, community groups and organisations can get involved in what the Council does. It allows people to raise issues of public concern with councillors.
Anyone who lives, works or studies in Havering can sign or create a petition. There is no age limit - children and young people can also take part in or create a petition.
To set up a new petition, you must be a registered user within the e-petitions website.
